Position Description
Construction Crew Member
Position Overview
As a Construction Crew Member, you will assist with a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including roofing, outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, patios, masonry, and other exterior improvements. You will safely operate equipment, work alongside experienced team members, and help ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with construction and installation of outdoor living spaces
• Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, and hardscape features
• Perform roofing and exterior improvement work
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
• Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
This position may be a great fit if you:
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are dependable, motivated, and hardworking
• Can safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Have construction experience (preferred but not required)
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred for equipment operators)
